Reception duties include: receiving visitors, high volume phone calls, recording attendance, co-ordinating school transport and school dinners, general admin duties. The post holder for this role will work closely with all administration team members, across all of our sites, and offer support where necessary. Excellent administration and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to be flexible if required. The post involves the use of all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, and SIMS database (training will be provided), as well as regular contact with pupils, parents/carers, professionals and outside agencies. Candidates need to possess a calm and polite telephone manner and be able to work well under pressure.
