Hours : Split Shift to be agreed          

Working Days:  Monday – Friday

 The Ocean Learning Trust is an expanding Multi Academy Trust (MAT) consisting of six community and church primary schools in the Bournemouth and Poole area; we are committed to working together for the common good, empowering every school to improve the life opportunities of all our children. The MAT has a central management team based at Heathlands Primary Academy, which supports the schools’ Finance, HR, Operational and School Improvement activities.

 Queens Park Infant Academy are seeking to appoint a Site Manager

Job Purpose & Objectives:

•         To be responsible for all matters relating to the satisfactory operation and smooth running of the school’s buildings, grounds and equipment

•         To provide reports and recommendations, both written and oral, to the Senior Leadership Team, Operations Manager and to the relevant governor committees on his / her areas of responsibility

•         To be the designated key holder for the school for emergency access to the site (overtime is paid for out of hours callouts)

•         The post holder needs to be prepared to work during evenings and weekends usually within the limits of 37 hours working week
