What’s the Business, Performance and Quality manager role all about?
This role exists to assist the Integrated Team Manager to ensure effective, integrated working for Health and Social care services for the learning disability services, this post will work across Bournemouth and Poole teams and with related services that deliver high quality, person centred care, taking a lead on all aspects of quality and performance.
The team work across health and social care services and so it is essential that you are a natural leader who values staff development and has the confidence to promote performance management as well as quality assurance.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels will enable you to promote and sustain vital improvements. You will maintain our strong established partnerships, recognising both the challenges and benefits this can bring. Leading on co-production will play a fundamental part of this role.
A talent for budget monitoring and management is essential.
