Borough of Poole’s OUTSTANDING Short-Term Assessment, Reablement and Telecare (START) service’s ideal candidate will be dynamic, committed and a forward thinking Registered Manager with demonstrable experience for the role to lead this staff team, inspiring confidence, motivation and trust.
You will be the sort of person who excels at managing and leading change, work well and with numerous key stakeholders to deliver excellent outcomes for those individuals who would benefit from reablement and short-term support.
You will be accountable to the Service Manager and be responsible for the effective management of the day to day operations of the service as well as being instrumental in the continued development and delivery of the service.
You will be able to demonstrate an extensive knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards and regulations and other relevant legislation and policies.
Your role will require you to maintain relationships and work in collaboration with our health partners to further develop areas of integration across health and social care.
You will have the skills to ensure we maintain and further develop a fast paced, flexible, dynamic service that brings together a range of professional functions with a clear vision focussed on achieving positive outcomes for individuals to maximise their independence.
