If you are a talented social worker in a Children’s Social Care environment we have a fantastic opportunity for you to enhance your experience in work with children who are disabled and their families.
You will join an established team of highly skilled and motivated individuals applying the social model of disability; as part of our Social Work team you will hold a varied caseload and work closely alongside colleagues in Family Based Shared Care and Occupational Therapy Services, as well as utilising our well established interfaces with colleagues in education and health.
In Poole we substantially invest in the career development of our social workers. This approach is built around a settled and highly experienced management team, a comprehensive training and development programme, and a clear 3 tier salary framework that ensures aspiration and effort are rewarded.
